Who We Are
TUNED Bicycles is a small riders owned and operated bike brand driven by the passion of riding and building bikes dedicated to providing riders with an enhanced riding experience.
We offer suspension service, tuning and custom suspension set up, bike technical services and our in-house designed and hand-crafted bike frames.
We have in-depth, extensive suspension and bicycle knowledge with over 21 years of combined experience working in the bike industry, servicing and tuning high end suspension bikes, designing, welding and fabricating bike frames and other recreational parts.
At TUNED we are committed to quality service and solutions for your specific preferences at a reasonable price.
We are authorized service point for EXT suspension, well trained and experienced in servicing FOX, Marzocchi, RockShox, Ohlins and other brands.

Rob
Co-founder | Head of Service, Design and Production
Rob is a suspension wizard and experienced bicycle technician who has pretty much his whole life been working on, building, riding and racing mountain bikes in the UK and Canada. He provides suspension and other bike services to some local downhill and enduro world cup racers.
He grew up riding trails, downhill and XC; now he likes riding steep, technical and fast trails all around BC. If not riding or working he is designing and building our own bikes and is looking back to his official trade as precision welder and fabricator. Rob is leading the design and development process of our bike frames.

Diana
Co-founder | Head of Operations, IT and Finance
Diana has all sorts of business, IT and accounting experiences and degrees. She runs the business operations of TUNED besides many other things.
She loves riding bikes - no matter what: trail, downhill, gravel, pump track etc. Diana has been riding for many years and explored different places in Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Ireland, and Canada.
