We will be in touch shortly after receiving your Service Request to confirm details. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you don't see an email from us.

On the confirmed day ensure your bike or parts are clean. Drop off location is Cheakamus Crossing. On request, we offer local pickup and delivery in Whistler. Timing will be scheduled individually but is generally between 8:30am and 10:30am.

We will message you when it's ready for pick up or delivery.
