We will be in touch shortly after receiving your Service Request to confirm details. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you don't see an email from us.

Ensure your bike or parts are clean. Drop off is between 9am and 10am on or before your service date at 207-1400 Alpha Lake Road.

If available, we offer free local pickup and delivery in Whistler. Timing will be scheduled individually but is generally in the evening.

We will message you when it's ready for pick up or delivery.

Telemetry Sessions are scheduled individually.
