Provide as much information as possible about your bike or parts, the issue or performance you are seeking. Don't worry we help if you have any questions.
Receive a Booking Confirmation
We will be in touch shortly to confirm details. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you don't see an email from us.
Get Ready for your Booked Service
Ensure your bike/parts are clean.
Drop Off Date - on or before your booked service date.
Drop Off Time - between 9am and 10am.
Drop Off Location - our shop at 207-1400 Alpha Lake Road.
If available, we offer free local pickup and delivery in Whistler. Timing will be scheduled individually but is generally in the evening.
