Basic Fork Services

  • Basic / 50hr / Lower Service - STANDARD

    • Inspection of fork for damage and/or wear
    • Bushing and dynamic surface inspection
    • Replacement of dust wipers, foam rings and foot nut o-rings or crush washer
    • Complete clean and degrease of lower legs
    • Air piston tested
    • Damper test
    • Test bushings for optimum clearance (add-ons for resize and replacement available)
    • Relube seals and bushes
    • New lower leg fluid
    • Return to all customer settings or TUNED baseline settings tailored to customer if requested

  • Basic / 50hr / Lower Service - PREMIUM

    • Same as Basic - STANDARD, plus
    • Clean and check air piston and/or coil spring

Full Fork Services

  • Full Service - STANDARD

    • Inspection of fork for damage and/or wear
    • Bushing and dynamic surface inspection
    • Replacement of dust wipers, foam rings and foot nut o-rings or crush washer
    • Complete clean and degrease of lower legs
    • Clean and check air piston and/or coil spring
    • Strip and inspection of damper and new oil bleed
    • Test bushings for optimum clearance (add-ons for resize and replacement available)
    • Relube dust wipers and foam rings
    • New lower leg fluid
    • Travel change and/or custom tuning available upon request for additional cost
    • Return to all customer settings or TUNED baseline settings tailored to customer if requested

  • Full Service - PREMIUM

    • Same as Full Service - STANDARD, plus
    • Complete rebuild and new air spring seals and/or coil seals

  • Full Service - FACTORY

    • Same as Full Service - PREMIUM, plus
    • Complete rebuild of damper, shims checked and replaced if needed, new seals, glide rings, new oil, vacuum bled and tested
